Self Contained Vs Central Battery: Self-contained. Onboard 6V/12V maintenance-free rechargeable NiCd battery + internal solid-state transfer switch + two-rate charger provide minimum 90-minute emergency illumination on loss of normal power. Not a remote-egress / central-battery (RE) fixture — it carries its own battery and also offers remote lamp-head capacity (4.8W on 12W models, 7.8W on 15W models) to drive external heads.
Lamp Heads: Two fully adjustable, ultra-bright 3.6W high-performance MR-16 base LED lamp heads for optimized center-to-center spacing. Optionally supplied with NO heads (option NH) for use as a remote-capable EXIT sign.
